Why Xfactor?
As a serial entrepreneur, I have ensured that all of my companies have had over half (and sometimes all) women building the dream and in the boardroom. We have to be the change we want to see, and XFactor is doing just that. It's an incredible community of badass founders to collaborate with and to learn from who are truly changing the narrative!

Advice for XX Entrepreneurs

Start with your why and let that lead you, make your earliest believers your founding members, and co-build for them and with them. Remember that success is on the other side of defeat. Celebrate the ups, the downs, and everything in between as you'll find it can all be a victory depending on your perspective. Hold strong to your purpose and your values because in the words of Bob Dylan "There is nothing so stable as change."
