Jilliene Helman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealtyMogul, a FinTech company focused on investing in commercial real estate. In this capacity, Ms. Helman has invested in over $2 billion of real estate and deployed over $400 million of equity capital. Ms. Helman has also raised over $50 million in venture capital to finance the business from top-tier venture capital firms including Canaan Partners and Sorenson Capital.

Ms. Helman is also an executive on numerous RealtyMogul subsidiaries and serves as Chief Executive Officer for RM Manager, a wholly-owned exempt reporting advisor, Chief Executive Officer for RM Advisor, a wholly-owned investment advisor, Chief Executive Officer for Mogul Securities, a wholly-owned broker-dealer, Chief Executive Officer for RealtyMogul Commercial Capital, a wholly-owned real estate lender and broker and Chief Executive Officer for RM Communities, a wholly-owned owner/operator of multifamily real estate.

In addition to real estate ventures, Ms. Helman led the first round of financing for and sits on the Board of Directors of NextHealth, a health optimization center with multiple retail locations in the Los Angeles, California area. NextHealth focuses on health and longevity with services including IV therapy, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, stem cells treatments, and state of the art testing and monitoring.
